House in Berlin-Pankow completed.

Code of Practice have recently completed a new-build private house in northern Berlin. The project has optimized views to its park-like surroundings and is designed to provide generous and flexible living-spaces within a compact and simple overall form.

Free spanning floor slabs enable a high degree of adaptability in response to the client's evolving occupancy requirements.

The house is largely passively heated through the use of geothermal energy and rooftop solar collectors with a hybrid ventilation system and heat exchanger.

Code of Practice took the project through all stages, from concept design to completion on site.
