A series of investigations and measurements have been undertaken to enable the production of a set of comprehensive planning documents for the first time since the original construction period. During the investigation a number of previously hidden original details have been uncovered.
Based on these findings, our feasibility study from 2011 will be reviewed and adjusted with recommendations for further remediation work.
In parallel the implementation of immediate measures to improve the current quality of experience have begun. In agreement with the local heritage authority, unsightly advertising billboards have been removed and the interior repainting is underway.
